Who we are

About Us

G.R.I.P. Circus Arts is a Glasgow circus space, built from scratch for the people who train in it. It exists because a group of aerialists weren't ready to stop training together — so they didn't.

In practice that's open sessions for experienced practitioners, with intro and beginner classes now joining them. Strong bodies, sharp heads, a bit of nerve — and a door that's genuinely open.

Come train hard and defy gravity with us.

Where we train

The Space

The Firhill Complex

Step inside at Firhill and it just feels right: a big, open hall with 8-metre rig points, a semi-sprung wooden floor, and heating that actually works in a Glasgow winter.
Room to warm up properly, drill ground work, and fly without feeling cramped. No excuses.

Easy to reach

A short trip from the West End and city centre, with free parking on site.

First time?

No stress — we’ve all been there.
Arriving at Firhill: two sliding glass doors open into the main corridor. Reception is on your left, our hall is through the double doors on your right.
If you want to ease in gently, just watch us training through the hallway windows until you feel ready. You’re very welcome to take your time.
